
Turkey Tacos with Melted Cheese

Add a little salt and pepper to your ground meat.

In a wide skillet lightly fry the chopped onion and clove of garlic over medium heat.

After a couple of minutes, add the ground turkey meat. Cook for about 7-8 minutes and with a wooden spoon stir it around so it stays loose. If you'd like, you can add a tablespoon of Mexican tomato sauce.

Fill every tortilla with some cheese, the turkey and another handful of cheese on top. Put the tortillas in the oven at 400ºF until the cheese melts. Once melted, take out the tacos and sprinkle on chopped cilantro and serve.
Tips & Tricks
These tacos taste even better with spice, if you dare! If you have jalapeños you can slice them and place them on the tacos.
