Finely mince a clove of garlic and mint and set aside.

Wash the cucumber and open it up to take out the seeds because they let out a lot of water. Grate it finely and let it drain (you can press the cucumber using a colander).

In a bowl add the grated cucumber, olive oil, yogurt (the measurement indicated in the recipe is equivalent to two yogurts) and mix well.

Add the garlic and mint, some salt and juice from half a lime. Mix well. Give it a taste and adjust accordingly.
