Instructions

In a pot of boiling water, cook the pasta for the time indicated in the instructions. Once ready, drain, and set aside.

Dice the chicken, onion, garlic, zucchini, and tomatoes on your cutting board.

Add some oil to a pan and once it's hot cook the chicken with a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper. Once it's cooked, remove from the pan and set aside.

Use the same pan and add more oil. Once hot add the diced vegetables except for the tomatoes. Cook on medium heat for 7-8 minutes. After this time add the tomatoes and chicken. Add some salt to everything and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix. Let all the flavors mix for several minutes. Next, serve on two plates.
Tips & Tricks
You can finish by grating a bit of cheese on top.
