You can prepare your cereals or homemade granola in 10 minutes in a pan. Add a bit of coconut oil to a pan and heat it up. Add about 3 or 4 tablespoons of rolled oats, a handful of almonds, and a teaspoon of flax seeds. Cook for 5 minutes. Finish by adding a drizzle of maple syrup or honey.
