Yogurt Cup with Granola and Roasted Apple

Peel the apples and dice into small to medium cubes. Place the diced apple into a microwave-safe bowl and sprinkle some cinnamon on top. Mix and place in the microwave on high power for approximately 4 minutes.
In each cup add a handful of granola, half the yogurt, and then a tablespoon of the roasted apple on top. Finish by adding another little bit of granola on top of that and then the rest of the yogurt and roasted apples.
