Peel the apricots and dice into medium size pieces.

Add two handfuls of granola into a cup. Next, some apricot cubes, and then half of the yogurt. Next, add another two handfuls of granola, more apricot, and the rest of the yogurt. You can finish by decorating with some more apricots on top.

Repeat these steps to put together the other cup. Enjoy!
