Mix the chia seeds, cacao, and milk in a bowl until they are well mixed.

Let it stand for 10 minutes so that the seeds expand and get that pudding consistency. It will make it easier to digest and absorb the nutrients.

Place the yogurt on top of the pudding you have just made and then place the raspberries on top. If you would like you can place some chocolate sprinkles or crushed chocolate on top.

You can leave the chia prepared the night before so you don't have to wait during the day for it to expand.

For a vegan option, simply use a plant-based milk or yogurt. Coconut yogurt would be fantastic. Try to choose milks or yogurts that don't have added sugars. It's always best to add the sweetness you want or like than to buy it already added.

To serve you can place the fruit or nuts that you like best on top.

If you need to sweeten it it's always best to do so with fruit or dehydrated fruit, but you can also add a bit of honey or stevia.

You can use regular cow milk instead of plant-based milk.
