Preheat your oven to 500 degrees.

Begin by dicing the potatoes into small cubes. Then place them into a large nonstick baking dish, leaving room for the steak.

Next, divide the steak into 4 oz servings and add to the baking dish.

Then, melt the butter and add the garlic powder, salt, black pepper and half tsp of Italian seasoning to create a garlic and herb butter and drizzle over the top of the steak and potatoes.

Bake the steak and potatoes for approximately 20 minutes or until the potatoes are fork-tender and the steak is cooked to your desired level of doneness.

While the steak and potatoes bake, prepare the salad by hand tearing the spinach and plating it with the parmesan cheese and if you like with salad dressing.
