Almond Tart with a Touch of Lemon

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them energetically. Add the sugar and beat again until they are well mixed.

Add the almond flour to the bowl (ground almond), the lemon zest, cheese, and oil. Beat until all of the ingredients are integrated.

Add the mixture to a greased mold and add a handful of sliced almonds on top.

Place in the oven and bake at 350°F for approximately 30 minutes.

Let it cool once it's done baking, remove from the mold, and enjoy this amazing tart!
Tips & Tricks
We added another handful of candied almonds and a teaspoon of sugar on top of the handful of sliced almonds that go on top of the tart.
