This smoothie is super fresh so you will need to use ice cubes to give it a "smoothie" texture.

Place the frozen banana, milk, cooked quinoa, peanut butter, 5 ice cubes, cinnamon, and if you feel like it, pinch of stevia (optional) into the blender.

Blend on maximum power with gentle movements so that the ingredients mix well.

Add the smoothie to a bowl or cup and flatten it with a spoon. Add a layer of inflated quinoa, sprinkle the almonds, and decorate with pistachios. Now it's time to enjoy!
Tips & Tricks
Power up your imagination and decorate your smoothie with "toppings" like granola, fresh fruit, and/or dehydrated fruit. We added sliced almonds, chia seeds, some pistachio, and it turned out excellent!
In order to get the "toppings" to not sink because of their weight, make the smoothie with 3-4 ice cubes or frozen fruit to achieve a dense and consistent texture.
If you are vegan you can use plant-based drinks like almond milk, rice milk, or coconut yogurt.
