Instructions

Finely chop the garlic, onion, and red bell pepper.

Add some oil to a pan. Once it's hot add the garlic clove and fry over medium heat for half a minute.

Next, add the onion and bell pepper to the pan, and let the vegetables cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.

Add the ground meat and add some salt and pepper. Cook for approximately 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the tomato sauce and lower the heat to low and let it cook for 3-4 more minutes.

Warm up each tortilla and fill it with the meat you have just prepared.

Add some spice to these tacos, they go great together!
If you would like to give these tacos a fresh touch, wash some lettuce and slice into thin slices. Next, you can add a handful of the sliced lettuce on top of each taco.
If you are a cheese lover, add a handful of cheese on top of each taco, place them into the oven for just a couple of minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and serve immediately.
