Instructions
1
Prepare the ingredients the following way: wash the bell peppers and zucchini, and dice into medium size pieces. Dice the beef. Finely chop a clove of garlic and grate the fresh ginger (if you have ground ginger, skip this step).
2
Add the beef, some salt, white wine, and a tablespoon of cornstarch into a bowl and let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
3
Add water, sugar, tablespoon of cornstarch, and the soy sauce to a bowl. Stir and set aside for later.
4
Add the olive oil to a large pan and lightly fry the garlic and grated ginger (you can add cayenne to make the dish spicy). Add the beef and sauté over high heat until it lightly browns on the outside. Now add the cut vegetables and sauté for several minutes on high heat. Lower the heat and add the mixture with water, sugar, etc. Let it all cook over low heat for 7-8 minutes.
5
After this time has passed turn off the heat and serve. Serve this dish with rice, couscous or some kind of pasta.
