Pantry ingredients

Peel the potato and dice into small cubes.

Slice the onion and the bell peppers.

In a large pan add some olive oil. Once it's hot add the diced potatoes. Cook for approximately 5 minutes.

Add the sliced onion and bell peppers to the pan. Continue cooking the potatoes with the vegetables for 10-12 minutes. Add some salt to everything and stir frequently.

In another pan cook the chicken.

Serve the sautéed potatoes with veggies and the chicken.
