Instructions

Peel the banana and mash with a fork.

Put the mashed banana into a bowl and add the oatmeal and cinnamon. Mix well.

Use your hands to roll the mixture into balls and arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Flatten the balls a little into a cookie shape and bake in the oven at 400°C for 20 minutes.

Take them out of the oven, let cool, and serve on a plate. Enjoy!
