Preheat the oven to 400°F

In a bowl, combine the oats, sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt, and stir everything with a spoon.

Mash the bananas well with a fork.

Beat the egg in another bowl. Add the mashed bananas, the butter (melted at room temperature), and the yogurt. Mix well.

Next, tip the dry ingredients from the first bowl into the other containing the wet ingredients. Stir gently to a smooth batter.

Divide the batter into molds. Bake in the oven for 10–15 minutes, or until you can insert a toothpick into the muffins and it comes out clean.
Tips & Tricks
If you have vanilla extract, you can add a little when you make the batter.
If you have baking soda, put a pinch in with the flour since this boosts the action of the baking powder for fluffier muffins.
