Oatmeal with Nuts

Pour the milk into a pot to boil. When it begins to boil add the oats. Lower the heat and let it cook for 5 minutes.

While the oats are cooking, slice the banana and crush the nuts using your hands.

Once the oatmeal is cooked add the cinnamon and the syrup, and mix.

Place the oatmeal into two bowls and add some banana slices and crushed nuts on top. If you would like, you can dust some more cinnamon on top.
Tips & Tricks
You can use whichever milk you typically use.
If you would like to substitute the agave syrup in any recipes, you can use maple syrup or honey instead.
You can use any nuts that you have at home. We used macadamia nuts and pecans.
