Instructions

Start out by crushing the almonds and the nuts. You can either do this with your hands, or by using a kitchen mallet.

In a wide pan, toast your rolled oats and the crushed almonds and nuts for 5 minutes over medium heat, mixing constantly. After 5 minutes, turn off the heat and place the oats and nuts in a bowl or container and set aside.

In the same pan add the oil and the honey. When the honey has melted, add in the saved rolled oats and nuts, the cinnamon, and salt. Mix well. Toast for another 5 minutes over medium heat, mixing the granola frequently.

Turn off the heat. Place the granola in a tray and let it cool. Once it's cooled you will see that it gets crunchy. You now have a delicious breakfast for a couple of weeks!

Tips & Tricks

If you're on a vegan diet you can use agave syrup as a substitute.If you have coconut oil, you can use this instead of the suggested oil in the recipe.
