Prepare the chicken. You can leave the chicken breasts whole or cut into cutlets or dice, as desired. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat a little olive oil in a skillet. Lightly fry the chicken on both sides.

Combine the honey; garlic, minced; and vinegar in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.

Pour the mixture over the chicken and cook for several minutes. The liquid will gradually reduce and thicken into a sauce. When that happens, serve on a plate.
Tips & Tricks
If you have soy sauce, add a tablespoon with the other sauce ingredients and mix well.
You can accompany the dish with white rice, or you can make a small salad with any veggies you have in your fridge.
