Broccoli and Potato Gratin

Instructions

Wash and cut the broccoli into florets. Peel and dice the potatoes.

Pour the cream into a bowl, add salt and pepper, and stir. Set aside for later.

Bring water to a boil in a pan and put in the broccoli and potatoes. When tender, turn off the heat and drain the vegetables.

Transfer the vegetables to an ovenproof dish or baking pan. Spread the grated cheese on top and pour the cream over the vegetables.

Bake in the oven at 400°F, about 10 minutes, until you see that the cheese has melted. Take out of the oven and serve.
