Cook the rice noodles as directed on the package. Normally these noodles don't require a lot of time to cook, so make sure to pay attention!

Peel and cut the carrot into strips.

Cut the green bell pepper, onion, and cabbage into strips.

Also cut the chicken into strips

Add a little bit of oil into a wok or large pan and sauté all of the vegetables at once. Once the vegetables are crispy add the chicken and the soy sauce. Sauté for a couple of minutes until the chicken is cooked.
Tips & Tricks
If you like spicy food, try adding cayenne when you sauté the chicken and vegetables.
