Chinese Style Noodles with Chicken

Instructions

Add water to a pot. When it begins to boil, add the rice noodles and cook them as directed on the package. Strain and reserve on the side.

Meanwhile, slice the cabbage, purple cabbage, mushrooms, and chicken breast into strips.

In a pan with oil, fry the sliced mushrooms. After 3 minutes, add the sliced chicken breast along with a generous amount of sesame seeds. Let it cook for 3 more minutes, stirring occasionally.

After the indicated time, add both cabbages. Sauté 1-2 minutes and add the soy sauce. Mix all of the ingredients well, so that the soy sauce blends with the other ingredients. Let it cook for 5-7 minutes.

To finish it off, add the cooked noodles, mixing it all together so the flavors begin to blend. Remove from the heat and serve.
Tips & Tricks
The noodles that we recommend using are rice noodles, but if you don't have any available, other types work as well.
You can add a few pinches of salt, but the soy sauce adds salt to the dish.
