Instructions
1
We used a chocolate with a cocoa content of 70%. Break up 2 ounces of chocolate. You can replace the chocolate with 1 ounce cocoa powder.
2
Grind the hazelnuts as finely as possible in a blender or food processor.
3
Combine all the ingredients (ground hazelnuts, chocolate, milk, oil, and sugar) in the blender or food processor. Blend well for a few minutes. Check the consistency and pulse for another minute if needed.
Tips & Tricks
Your blender or food processor must be powerful enough to thoroughly grind the hazelnuts and chocolate.
Because this is a natural spread, it should be stored in the fridge.
