In a pot, add the plant-based milk, the cocoa, sugar, and the cornstarch.

Heat up the mixture and stir with a whisk or spatula until it begins to boil. When the mixture begins to thicken, let it boil for 3 minutes while constantly stirring. Remove from heat.

Let it cool and place in the refrigerator. Once cold, it will have a very dense consistency. To give it a pudding texture, blend with a hand mixer or blender.
Tips & Tricks
You can use any plant-based milk.
Using white sugar is fine, but using whole cane sugar is healthier.
If the cocoa that you use is unsweetened, add a tablespoon more of sugar.
