Coconut and Orange Mugcake

Zest the orange peel and set aside.
Mix the coconut flour, oat flour, and yeast in a bowl.
Add the coconut oil, orange zest, eggs, and plant-based milk and mix until you reach a smooth batter.
Divide into two mugs and heat in the microwave for two and a half minutes. Test that the bottom is cooked thoroughly, if not, place it back into the microwave for one more minute.
You can serve with more orange zest on top and a bit of grated chocolate.
