Wash the fresh ingredients. Peel after and chop the apple and lemons.

Cut a piece of fresh turmeric and ginger, peel and chop (if you don't have fresh turmeric and ginger you can use the ground powder versions).

Add the ingredients you have just chopped into a blender or food processor and add a cup of water and 2 teaspoons of sugar. Mix the ingredients, try it and add more of any of the ingredients or water if you deem it necessary. Once it's perfect, serve.
