Wash all the ingredients carefully.

Cut the apple into fourths and remove the pips.

Peel and cut the lemon into fourths.

Wash and dice the carrots.

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor together with the water. If you have a juicer, there’s no need to add water, although the juices tend to lose a lot of their healthy properties.

Blend until there smooth and serve.
