Pour some oil into a pan and cook the chicken breast with salt. When it is cooked, let it cool, and then cut into strips.

Put a pot of water to boil. Once it boils, pour the water into a bowl with the couscous. Mix and add a bit of curry and salt. Let it sit.

Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves or quarters. Drain the garbanzos. Cover the base of your serving bowl with fresh spinach, the cut cherry tomatoes, couscous, garbanzos, and then the sliced chicken.

Top it off with a dollop of hummus and cover the bowl with a drizzle of oil.
