Cook the couscous for the time indicated on the package. Let it cool.

Dice the chicken breast and cook for about 5 minutes with a bit of salt until it is cooked thoroughly and is golden on the outside.

Mix the lettuce, tomato, diced onion, couscous, chicken, and the nuts of your choice in a bowl. We used pumpkin seeds.

You can dress this with some salt, vinegar, and olive oil or any other dressing from the Tips and Tricks.
Tips & Tricks
You can add some garlic powder and black pepper to the chicken to give it more flavor.
You can serve the salad with a handful of sesame seeds to add more nutrients.
A dressing that will go great with this salad is a mustard dressing: mix in a small bowl several tablespoons of oil, a teaspoon of mustard, and a bit of salt.
