Crunchy Chicken Salad

Wash the lettuce and tear into slices using your hands.
Heat up a pan with oil and brown the chicken on both sides. Add salt and pepper to your liking.
Meanwhile, wash and dice the tomato into big pieces.
Once browned, slice the chicken and cook for 2 more minutes, over high heat, in the same pan.
Place the lettuce, tomato, and hot chicken slices in a bowl. Dress with olive oil and/or any condiment of your choice.
Tips & Tricks
If you have carrot, grate it and add it to the salad.
If you would like to give your chicken an original touch, add a smidge of soy sauce when you're cooking it.
