Peel and cut the potatoes into small chunks. Bring a pot of water to the boil. Then add the potatoes and a pinch of salt. Cook until tender (around 10-15 minutes, depending on the size of the potatoes). Let cool.

Peel the carrot and slice into thin rounds. Wash and chop the lettuce.

Heat a little olive oil in a skillet. Add the chicken (cut into cubes or strips) and season with a pinch of salt. Remove from heat when golden.

Combine the potatoes, carrot, lettuce, and pieces of chicken in a bowl. Mix well and dress with oil, vinegar, and salt. Now that’s a great salad!
