Peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces.

Fill a pan with water and bring to a boil. When the water comes to a boil, add the salt. Then add the potatoes and the eggs, and boil for 10–12 minutes. The potatoes should be soft. Carefully take out of the pan and let cool. Then take out the eggs, cool with cold water, and peel. Cut each egg in half.

Peel and grate the carrots.

Arrange the boiled potato pieces, eggs, and grated carrot on a plate. Dress the salad as desired and enjoy!
Tips & Tricks
You can serve the salad with white asparagus and canned tuna for a more complete meal.
If you prefer to eat the salad chilled, refrigerate before serving.
You can garnish it with a little parsley, cilantro, or minced chives.
