Chicken, Avocado, and Apple Bowl

Fry the chicken breast in a skillet with a little olive oil. Season with a pinch of salt. When the chicken is cooked and golden, turn off the heat. Transfer to a cutting board and cut into strips.
Wash the lettuce and arrange in a bowl.
Scoop out the flesh from the avocado and cut in strips. Arrange the strips over the lettuce.
