Instructions

Dice the onion and red and green bell pepper into small pieces. You can do this with a knife and a cutting board or use a food chopper or processor. Set aside.

Chop the salmon into small pieces and set aside.

Add a bit of olive oil to a pan and cook the vegetables you have just cut for several minutes until they become tender.

Mix the vegetables, salmon, and soy sauce in a bowl. Add the breadcrumbs and mix everything.

Add the beaten egg to the mixture and let it stand for 5-10 minutes so that the ingredients settle.

After this time, form round patty shapes with the mixture and fry them in a pan with hot olive oil.

Open the buns and place some lettuce, the patty, a bit of sliced onion, and then more lettuce on top. Finish by placing the other half of the bun on top and your salmon burgers are ready!

We added a bit of honey mustard sauce to the hamburger and it tasted fantastic.
