Instructions

Thinly slice the onion and wash and slice the mushrooms.

Add a bit of olive oil to a large pan. When it heats up add the onion and mushrooms. Let them cook for 8-10 minutes. Add a pinch of salt.

Place two slices of bread and a slice of cheese on top of them in a pan. Keep them at medium heat until the cheese warms up.

Cook the egg to your liking. We cooked it in the microwave on high with a pinch of salt for barely 40 seconds. The time will depend on your microwave.

When the mushrooms and the onions are cooked, place them on top of the bread with the melted cheese. Place the cooked egg on top and close the sandwiches with the other slices of bread you had on the side.

You can use any type of bread you would like: sliced bread, bagel (like we did), pita bread, baguette, etc. Whichever you have in your home.|If you like cheese a lot you can add another slice of cheese.
