Cut the bananas and add to the food processor or blender.

Add a piece of fresh peeled ginger (you can also use ground ginger), the almonds, cinnamon, vanilla, cardamom, oats, and milk. Blend for several minutes until the texture is soft and creamy.

Serve in two cups and decorate with some sliced almonds and cinnamon on top.
Tips & Tricks
If your bananas aren't very big you can use 1.5 and it will be sufficient for this recipe.
Use whichever type of almond you have: sliced, peeled, crushed, etc.
If you like it a bit lighter add more milk.
If you're vegan you can add any unsweetened plant-based drink.
