Instructions

Fill a medium size pot with water and bring it to a boil. When it begins to boil add the salt, gnocchi, and a bay leaf. When you see that the gnocchis start to pop up to the top of the water that means that they are ready.

Place the butter, oregano, nutmeg, and the hot gnocchis into a bowl. The heat from the gnocchi will help melt the butter. Mix all of the ingredients and add the parmesan cheese and a dash of pepper. Mix some more and serve!
