Granola and Strawberry Cup

Instructions

Add the yogurt, cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract into a bowl or blender cup. Blend until you have a smooth texture.

Wash the strawberries well and remove the tops and cut into small dice. Set aside about 3-4 slices. Also dice the banana into small pieces.

Add half of the granola into a cup. Place a bit of the yogurt mixture on top. Place the strawberries and banana on top of the yogurt. Add a bit more yogurt on top and finish by placing the sliced strawberries on top.

Repeat these steps for the other cup.
Tips & Tricks
You can add more fruits to the recipe. We added a handful of blueberries that we had in our fridge.
