Combine the yogurt, a handful of cleaned strawberries, and half a banana in a food processor or blender. Blend well and serve in a bowl.

Top with a handful of washed blueberries and another of chopped strawberries.

Finally, sprinkle a handful of chia seeds over the fruit.
Tips & Tricks
For more consistency, you can use Greek yogurt.
You can also blend in some frozen fruit or even some ice in the first step to make the bowl more refreshing.
The fruits are sweet on their own, but if you want your bowl even sweeter, add a little honey or your usual sweetener.
