Pantry ingredients

wheat flour
5 oz

olive oil
1 tbsp

salt
1 pinch

sugar
1 tbsp
Instructions
1
Mix all of the ingredients, except the ham and cheese, in a bowl. Whisk to a smooth batter.
2
If you have the time, it's best to let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes.
3
Then put a little oil or butter into a skillet and heat. Add a little batter to the very hot skillet and swirl to spread the batter evenly over the surface. When you see the edges starting to turn golden, flip the crepe.
4
When both sides are cooked, add the ham and cheese, and let the cheese melt. Carefully fold the edges of the crepe over the filling and turn over a few times, with care so that the filling doesn’t leak out.
5
Make as many crepes as you can with the remainder of the batter. Now enjoy!
Tips & Tricks
For a healthier option, use whole-grain flour, although the batter will turn out a bit thicker.
