Add all of the ingredients to a food processor (dates should have seeds removed) and blend until everything is well blended and combined and has a wet sand texture. The more you blend the easier it will be to make and maintain the ball shapes.

Start scooping dough using a spoon and form them into a ball shape with your hands. Do this for all of the dough. It's that easy!
Tips & Tricks
The quantities listed above will make 12 balls.
It's better if you use puffed oats so that you have better flavor. If you don't have them, you can toast some for several seconds in a pan.
If you have medjool dates, they have more meat on them and are sweeter, perfect for this type of preparation.
To make them healthier, use sugar-free cocoa. Dates should be enough to sweeten the balls.
