
Kiwi and Chocolate Popsicles

Peel the kiwi and add to a blender along with the greek yogurt and blend until you reach a smooth texture.

Divide into some popsicle molds and place a stick into the center of each one. Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours.

After this time, heat up the chocolate and coconut oil in a cup in the microwave until it is melted.

Remove the popsicles from the molds and dip the tip in the chocolate. Remove and let the excess amount drain off. Wait a couple seconds until the chocolate solidifies with the coldness of the popsicle. Do the same for the other popsicles.
Tips & Tricks
The quantity listed above is for 3 popsicles.
The yellow variety of kiwi has a sweeter taste than the green one and is better for this recipe. If you use the green kiwi, you can add a bit of honey to sweeten it.
If you would prefer you can cover the whole popsicle with chocolate.
