Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles with Chocolate

Wash the strawberries and remove the green leafy top. Add to a food processor along with the yogurt and blend until you have a liquid consistency.

Divide between the popsicle molds and freeze for 4 hours.

When they are solid, prepare the topping by melting chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave for several seconds.

Remove the popsicles one by one and dip the tip into the chocolate. Wait several seconds for the excess chocolate to drip off and for the chocolate to solidify with the coldness of the popsicle.
Tips & Tricks
These quantities will produce 4 popsicles.
The coconut oil measurement is for melted oil. If it is solid, add half of it.
If you don't have popsicle molds you can add it to a container and make a normal ice cream.
They may get hard in the freezer, so it is recommended that you take them out of the freezer for 10 minutes before consuming.
If you would like a low fat option, you can use normal yogurt. Just make sure it is sugar-free.
