Add butter to a pan and let it melt. When it's melted add the finely chopped garlic. Let it cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

Now add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, honey, and several pinches of pepper. Lower the heat to low and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add olive oil to another pan and cook the salmon to your desired level of doneness.

Place the salmon on a plate, followed by the sauce you have prepared.
