Pour cold tap water into a pot, place the eggs inside and let it heat up over medium heat until the water boils. Cook for approximately 10-12 minutes. Remove and place in an ice bath. When they are cooled down, remove the shell and dice.

At the same time, put water to boil in another pot to cook the pasta you will use in the salad. Cook for the time indicated on the instructions.

While the pasta and eggs are cooking, wash and finely dice the tomato and onion.

Open the can of peas and corn and drain. Set aside.

Place the ingredients together in a bowl: the pasta, diced egg, corn, tomato, and onion. Dress with the dressing of your choice. Enjoy!
Tips & Tricks
If you have celery in your fridge, slice into thin slices and add to the salad.
This delicious dressing goes great with this salad: add half a cup of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon mustard (dijon), salt and pepper to taste into a bowl. Stir and make sure everything mixes well.
