Instructions

Add the red beans to a colander and rinse with water to eliminate the aquafaba.

Add the beans to a cup with a hand blender.

Add the peeled garlic, cumin, pepper, and salt to the same cup. Squeeze half a lemon and add the olive oil.

Blend the ingredients together making gentle up and down movements so that the ingredients mix well. Adjust the salt if necessary and it is ready to serve.
Tips & Tricks
You can add some olive oil and cilantro as decoration.
