Spaghetti with Pesto Rosso
“If you have to prepare a meal and you’re short on time, try making this whole-wheat spaghetti with red pesto sauce. It’s amazing.”
Fill a pan with water and bring to a boil. Add a little salt and the spaghetti. Cook the spaghetti for the time indicated on the package.
Combine all the other ingredients –– garlic, cherry tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts, olive oil, and salt and pepper –– in a blender or food processor. Blend well to a pesto-like paste.
Put the spaghetti onto a plate and mix with the freshly made sauce. Enjoy.
Tips & Tricks
You should always use whole-wheat pasta because it is much more nutritious than regular pasta.
