Spaghetti with Cherry Tomatoes, Chicken, and Parmesan

Instructions

Put water to boil in a pot and cook the spaghetti for the time indicated on the package. Once cooked, drain, and set aside.

Slice the garlic and lightly fry in a pan with some olive oil.

Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook over low heat for 5-6 minutes. Add a little salt. Remove from the heat and place in a bowl and save for later.

Add some more olive oil in the same pan. When it's hot cook the chopped chicken (medium-large size cubes). Add some salt and when the chicken is cooked add the spaghetti and mix well.

Place the spaghetti and chicken on a plate, then add the cherry tomatoes on top.

Finish by sprinkling the parmesan cheese on top and then serve.

Finely chop basil, if you have any, and sprinkle it on top of this pasta dish.
