Tagliatelle with Chicken and Broccoli

Instructions

Fill a pan with water and bring to a boil. Cook the tagliatelle for the time indicated on the package.

Cut the chicken breasts into strips and finely dice the onion.

Wash and halve the broccoli. Then cut into florets.

Heat a little olive oil in a skillet and add the onion. Lightly fry for 5–7 minutes over low-medium heat.

Add the broccoli to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the chicken to the broccoli and cook until the chicken turns golden. Pour the soy sauce over the chicken and broccoli.

Once the chicken and broccoli are cooked, mix with the pasta and serve.
Tips & Tricks
You can also add a handful of sesame seeds. If they are untoasted white seeds, heat a little olive oil into a skillet and toast them until they color, stirring often. Remove from the heat and use.
