Put water to boil in a pot and cook the pasta for the time indicated in the instructions. Once cooked, drain, and set aside.

Wash the broccoli and cut into small florets. Put water in a pot and once it boils add the broccoli you have just cut. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until it is al dente. Next, drain and set aside.

Grate half a lemon and squee that half.

Add olive oil to a large pan. When it's hot add the sliced garlic and the lemon zest. Lightly fry the garlic for several minutes on medium heat, taking care not to burn it. After this time remove from the pan and add the broccoli florets and lemon juice. Cook for several minutes and then add the pasta.

Finish by sprinkling some bell pepper on top.
