Instructions

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging. Once it's cooked, let it cool a bit.

Meanwhile, mash the avocado and mix with the finely chopped basil, olive oil, and lemon juice. Add salt to taste.

Mix the sauce well that you have just prepared with the pasta and serve with chopped cherry tomatoes and cubed feta cheese.
Tips & Tricks
For extra flavor you can add some black pepper and garlic powder to the sauce.
You can use a teaspoon of dried basil instead of fresh or substitute it with oregano or your favorite Italian spices.
You can substitute the feta cheese for fresh cheese.
